· Assessments: Psychometric scores, interview scores, employability scores

· Media: Video interview recordings (retained max 7 days)

· Platform activity and analytics

❌ We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, financial, biometric, health, caste, or religion data.

· Institution name and contact details

· Student lists (name & email for onboarding)

· Aggregated, anonymised analytics

· Recruiter contact details

· Job and internship postings

· Hiring interaction records

· Name, professional background, experience

· Competency expertise

· Platform interaction data

Expert contact details are never publicly displayed.

At registration, users provide one-time, explicit consent acknowledging that:

· Their data will be processed for employability assessment and career matching

· Student data may be shared with:

• Their educational institution,
• Experts they engage with,
• Employers they apply to
• Employers will view anonymised student profiles unless a student applies

Consent is obtained via a clear, prominent disclosure at sign-up.

We use personal data to:

· Create and manage user profiles

· Conduct assessments and interviews

· Generate employability scores and analytics

· Enable internships, placements, mentoring

· Provide insights to institutions (aggregated)

· Improve platform services

· Communicate platform-related updates

· Individual student data is shared only with their institution

· Institutions receive aggregated, anonymised analytics

· No student data is shared across institutions

· Employers see anonymised profiles (skills, scores, experience)

· Identity (name/contact) is revealed only when student clicks “Apply / Show Interest”

· Employers cannot download data except resumes of applicants

· Experts see data of students they interact with

· Communication occurs only via the platform

We engage:

· Mindler Education Pvt Ltd – psychometric assessments

· Empathia Solutions – AI video interviews

These entities act as Data Processors, governed by DPDP-aligned agreements.

All scores, analytics, and compatibility percentages are decision-support tools only.
Final decisions regarding hiring, placement, or selection are made by human stakeholders.

· Video interviews are recorded

· Stored securely

· Retained for maximum 7 days

· Accessible only to BOLDNET and Empathia

· Data is stored on Indian servers only

· Cloud providers: Digital Ocean, AWS (via processors)

· Security measures include:

• role-based access
• admin logs
• reasonable encryption
• access controls

· Student data retained while account is active

· Maximum retention: 5 years post course completion

· Inactive accounts are archived or deleted

· Auto-deletion / archival policies apply

Users may:

· Access their personal data

· Request correction or updates

· Withdraw consent

· Request deletion (subject to legal/contractual limits)

Requests can be made to the Grievance Officer.

· We may send emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS related to:

• Platform usage
• Career opportunities
• Marketing

· Users can opt out of marketing communications at any time

In case of a personal data breach:

· We will take immediate containment measures

· Affected users will be notified within 72 hours of discovery, where required

Material changes will be notified on the Platform.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
