1. Platform Purpose
The Platform provides employability assessment, career readiness insights, job and internship matching, and mentoring support.
2. User Eligibility
Only users aged 18 years or above may access the Platform.
3. User Obligations
Users shall provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from misuse or unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, logic, analytics and scores are proprietary to BOLDNET. No rights are transferred except limited platform use.
5. No Employment Guarantee
BOLDNET does not guarantee employment, internships or placements.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. BOLDNET is not liable for third-party decisions or indirect damages.
7. Termination
BOLDNET may suspend or terminate access for policy or legal violations.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction at Pune, Maharashtra.India
